| The exisitng house in this project was a Cape Cod style 1 1/2 story house. The footprint of the original house remained the same and a second floor was built. The additon added three bedrooms, a study, a bathroom and a laundry room on the second floor, as well as a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. |
