| Pearl street was a second floor addition. The original footprint and first floor of the cape style house were left as existing and second floor was added. The new second floor includes two additional bedrooms, a full hallway bathroom and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet. There is also a walk-up attic access stair and a large open area in the attic to gain storage space. |
